Back again in hong-artists.blogspot.com! Before we begin, I want to thank all of you for all the support, to appreciate it, I'll post more tutorials for all of us, and as usual, you can always comment about what do you think about the tutorials, and you want me to post next. :)

So let's get started.

1. Change your model's scale
For this time, we won't be using centimeters, but we're going to use the generic units of scales. To change, go to Customize > Unit Setup > Generic Units.

2. Create the body
It's abit different from last two tutorials, at this time we're going to use "Arc" instead of line. So go to the Splines section then press "Arc". After that, you need to drag the object to form a line, then pull your mouse upward to make it a little bit curvy like the image below.

We're not done yet, we need to duplicate the arc we just made, to do it, select the arc you just made, then hold shift and drag your mouse downwards. A cloned should be appear.

3. Connecting the Arc
Now we have two arc, and what to do next? Connect. But how to do it?
Okay, first right click on one of the arc, and convert it into editable splines.
After that, on the right bar, go to the modify panels, select vertex, click the "Attach" button. then click on the other arc.

Now the arc is attached to one another, it's time to connect them together, still on the same panel, press "Connect" button. After that, on our hierachy panel, click the end of any dots to the opposite end. Do the same to the other ends to make the two arcs join at their ends by the two lines.

 4. Build the shape
Now we have the basic arc, it's time to transform it into 3D shape. In order to do that, we need to first unselect the vertex and click the shape, then go to the modify panel and select Extrude. Raise the amount of extursion to the amount you desire.
NB: You should make the height at least equal to the width.

5. Duplicating
Now, to duplicate, I suggest we go to the front view, so it'll be alot easier to duplicate.
Like the previous step, click on the shape you just made, hold shift, then drag it to the left. The duplicate should be appear. After that, you need to rotate it 180 degrees like the image below.

Now you just have either right or left part only, now you need to duplicated each one of em to the side, so by now you'll have two identical shapes next to each other like the image below.

6. Assign the materials
Our shape is finish, and of course, it's not pretty if you're not putting any colour in it. As usual I don't force you to put the material the same as I do, but for the colour it uses Red, Green, Blue, Yellow.

I hope you guys like it, and it's normal if you encounter some problems, but if you have any questions, you're always welcomed to ask in the comment sections, and tell me what you think about the tutorials. Any requests, suggest, and comment, are welcomed. Cya! :)
